Fabrice is an experienced finance and operations leader with deep exptertise in the mining industry. He is a proven executive who served in multiple leadership roles ranging from financial and controls audit to the mining industry. As the Co-Founder and CEO of E&G Mining Cote d'Ivoire, Fabrice promises to bring a more sustainable approach to mining while maximizing profit for shareholders and his communities.

After a thriving career in many different companies, Sylvain is enthusiastic about the opportunity to lead E&G Mining Cote d'Ivoire. Sylvain is a motivated, empathetic leader with a strong operations and technology background. He has built and led multiple highly effective teams and plans to built a winning team that will be the driving force behind E&G Mining's ability to bring to market high quality products to fuel the global manganese market.
